skills and background required to perform thorough home inspections and
prepare good quality Work Write-ups for the FHA 203(k) Mortgage Insured
loans to conform with DE Lenders’ underwriting criteria. The student
will also be instructed on how to prepare feasibility studies that may
assist the borrower in proper and effective utilization of the HUD 203(k)
program.
